Look and Feel Great - I got off my fat arse and went for a skate with Kym last week. Jesus H I'm an unfit bastard, everything was OK on the flats but I started puffing just looking at anything that resembled a slope, the pressures on the flab though with summer approaching. Ironically, the day after I get this spam message that's titled "Look and Feel Great", advertising a product that "actually reverses aging while burning fat, 9:59:56 PM
